All work is performed by licensed technicians under Arizona Registrar of Contractors licenses ROC #336689 (HVAC) and ROC #336757 (Plumbing).

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or reget a free estimate call fee. Emergency same-day service is subject to availability.

5. Warranties

Labor warranties are provided as stated in your service agreement. Equipment warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s terms. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, AZ Home Services Group LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
